The changes are pretty much what I mentioned in this week’s Giant Eagle Matchups.
- One coupon per item(s) purchased as stated on the coupon with a maximum of 12 coupons per same 12 items purchased in a 24-hour period per Giant Eagle Advantage Card® customer.
- Stacking (combining electronic and paper coupons) of manufacturers’ coupons is prohibited.
- A maximum of two “like” Internet coupons will be accepted. (I noticed that one doesn’t say within a 24 hour so maybe you could separate between transactions.)
Check here for the rest of the Giant Eagle Coupon Redemption Policy.
My store is an independently operated store, so I think I will be stopping in later today to see if they have instituted these policies as well.
As I mentioned the other day, the first new limitation doesn’t really bother me, but number 2 and 3 are a bit irritating and will take some getting used to. At least they are still doubling up to 99 cents.
So what are your thoughts on the new policy? Will you continue to shop at Giant Eagle or will you shop elsewhere?
